The king extracts his double bladed axe from the stone pedestal of his throne and furiously attacks Irina, still on ground but disposing herself in a defensive position. As soon as the king reaches the right position to weave up the axe, Irina suddenly and violently stretches out a leg and blows a powerful kick right on king's genitals.

(So we discover that orcs have the same reproductive system of humans )
