[MMD] BSG Viper Mark II - Model DL

Colonial Viper MK2 (from Battlestar Galactica)

The most famous and representative spacefighter from Battlestar Galactica series (the new ones).
Mark II Vipers are a legacy from the final phase of the first Cylon war.
Most of them were dismissed or going to be soon dismissed at the beginning of the second
cylon war and the annihilation of the Twelve Colonies. As the BSG75, the Battlestar Galactica
was going to be transformed into a space museum of the Colonial fleet, also its former
equipment of vipers had been dismissed and stored for educational purposes, but the fact they
mounted an old operative system preserved them in the first phase of the cylons attack, making
them insensitive to cylon informatic viruses.
The most famous of these fighter are probably the one owned by Lt. Kara "Starbuck" Thrace, and
the one formerly owned by William "Husker" Adama.

This is just a fan reproduction for fun and educational purposes, according to Universal Pictures
rules and agreements about fair use for any material concerning the Battlestar Galactica series.

The model is provided in PMX format and is scaled to fit my Caprica Six model's height.
It's possible that you have to lower its size, as C6V6 is a tall model if compared to
most used ones. In order to preserve the bone-based morphs, a second PMX file is provided,
with a smaller version of the Viper. If you still need a smaller one, resize it in PMX Editor,
but pay attention with the morph concerning the canopy (sliding open-close).

If you need to show the rear jet flames, just use the proper slider, after enabling the
Autoluminous effect.

The alt_textures folder contains also a set of 10 alternative squadron logos and some other
pilot name/codename signs (thanks to talos56).

Note about Universal Studios copyright: Universal Studio is the owner of any intellectual property
concerning the contents related to Battlestar Galactica series.
Fair use is allowed and encouraged by Universal Studio and by the authors, including fan art,
fan fiction and education purposes, but this means you absolutely CANNOT gain anything
using this model, directly or not.
